Dean Williams, President
Dean Williams began his insurance career in 1978 as a commercial lines underwriter. His involvement with excess workers' compensation dates back to 1986. He has served as President of US Specialty Underwriters since 1996. Dean holds both the CPCU and ARM professional designations.

Joe Cerniglia, Vice President
Joe Cerniglia started his insurance career in 1984 as a retail agent, first with Farmers Insurance Group in Los Angeles, CA and later with an independent brokerage. He was introduced to excess workers' compensation in 1991, first on a wholesale basis and later as a production underwriter. He has been with US Specialty Underwriters since 1997.

Stuart Presson, Vice President, Marketing
Stuart Presson started his insurance career in 1981 as a multiline commercial underwriter.  Since 1988 he has worked in the excess workers' compensation field, primarily as chief marketing officer for a major industry carrier.

Paul F. Meleedy, Assistant Vice President, Claims
Paul Meleedy started his claims career in 1990 as a claims manager for a major industry carrier's Self Insured Claim Unit. Paul is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts where he received a B.A. in Business Management and received his Juris Doctorate degree from New England Law School. In 1995, he received his Associate in Risk Management designation from the Insurance Institute of America. Paul is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Florida.

Tony Smith, Regional Manager
Tony Smith began his insurance career in 1977 as a commercial lines underwriter. His involvement with excess workers’ compensation dates back to 1990. He has served as a Regional Manager at US Specialty Underwriters since 1997. Tony holds the ARM professional designation.

Nick Anagnost, Regional Manager
Nick Anagnost started his insurance career in 1997 as a retail agent with an independent agency in Saginaw, Michigan, where he served as Vice President. He was first introduced to workers’ compensation dealing with guaranteed cost and cost sensitive workers’ compensation plans. He has been with US Specialty Underwriters since 2007. Nick has widespread underwriting and marketing responsibilities for the company.

Amy Diamond, Accounting Manager
Amy Diamond has 15 years as a financial professional, which include banking, manufacturing and insurance. Her insurance experience features work within the areas of accounting, treasury and forecasting. Amy serves not only as the Accounting Manager, but also handles underwriting responsibilities on a number of accounts.
